Sheila Menon
Founder & Principal of LCCH Asia
Sheila Menon is the Principal of the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience as a clinical hypnotherapist to the strategic direction of the organisation.
In her current role, Sheila provides invaluable advisory support in running the business, guiding and mentoring new lecturers, and developing key strategic partnerships to enhance the college's offerings and reach.
Her profound expertise in the field is recognised through her Fellowship with both the British Association of Medical Hypnosis and the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapy (BSCHIP). She also holds the distinction of having served as President of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
Sheila continues to contribute significantly to the field as the editor of the European Journal of Clinical Hypnosis. In the past, she also shared her insights with a wider audience through regular contributions to BFM 89.9 and Shape magazine.

Peter Mabbutt
Director of Studies
Peter Mabbutt serves as the Director of Studies at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, bringing extensive experience in both clinical practice and education since 1997. This followed a career in Psychopharmacology research at Guy’s Hospital, London.
Currently the President of the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapy (BSCHIP), Peter specialises in several key areas including pain management, trauma, the mind-body connection, relationship issues, and men's psychological well-being.
A dedicated educator, he has developed and led numerous hypnotherapy training programs internationally, including an MSc programme for a leading British university. He also played a key role in establishing the Hypnotherapy Pain Management Clinic and research programme at University of Malaya Hospital in Kuala Lumpur.
Peter is a highly regarded international speaker and is the co-author of the well-known books Hypnotherapy for Dummies and Self-Hypnosis for Dummies. He frequently shares his expertise on various radio shows across the UK and Southeast Asia.
