Section A

  • Prerequisites: Diploma in Psychotherapy, Counselling or Clinical Hypnotherapy (at level 5), Healthcare or medical qualification with relevant experience, 50 hours of post-qualification experience, Professional membership of an approved society.

Course Structure & Progression

The APDIP is delivered through a series of live online lectures and online video and reading resources.

 

Students can expect:  

  • To practice all techniques introduced.  

  • Lively discussions with lecturers and peers.  

  • Personal exploration and growth.  

  • Interactive online engagement.  

  • Tutorial and supervision for case reports.  

  • Options for additional tutorials and supervision.  

 

The course is assessed through the submission of 10 case reports and a viva voce.

The Advanced Practitioner Diploma is in 3 parts. 

  • 3 Main + 1 Elective (ABPP for Hypnotherapist) (CBT for other)
