Join us for a lively exploration where esoteric ideas meet with evidence-based practices.
· Nearly all Western traditions of psychotherapy have been influenced by ancient wisdom including aspects of Buddhism, meridian lines, magnetic fields and the role of energy and how this impacts our mental and physical health. This is sometimes forgotten but today there is a growing body of research that encourages incorporating energy psychology into your therapy practice to bring about profound positive changes.
· Energy psychology is an innovative and holistic approach that recognises the interconnectedness of mind, body, and energy systems. You will acquire new insights into how energy disruption occurs, how it can create chaotic thoughts and feelings and how to realign the chaotic unconscious energy.
· Many clients experience psychological distress as a disruption in the flow of energy. This Masterclass will equip you with the sensitivity to help clients navigate their self-doubt, embrace their inner healing essence, and gently challenge their unhealthy thinking that so often holds them back
